Scheduler not doing what I want

Hi,

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious or not, but I've set up the scheduler on my install ( running 0.7.13 on Windows 8 ). I set the scheduler up much like the wiki page states, only changing the times a little. So the wiki shows;

Resume downloading every day at 1:00AM:
01:00 Daily Resume

Pause downloading every day at 5:30PM (= 17:30 military time):
17:30 Daily Pause

Pause downloading on Saturday 11:00AM:
11:00 Saturday Pause

Pause downloading on Sunday 11:00AM:
11:00 Sunday Pause

I'm using
23:30 Daily Resume (to start downloading at 11:30pm when we're all in bed)
17:30 Daily Pause (to stop when I get home from work and will want the bandwidth for other things)
9:00 Saturday Pause (so it's off when we get up on a Saturday, and should resume again at 11:30pm if I'm right)
9:00 Sunday Pause (so it's off when we get up on a Sunday, and should resume again at 11:30pm if I'm right)

So, when I got up this morning and checked on downloading progress, I noticed it was in a paused state. This was at 7:30am. Should it not have been downloading according to the above? Am I missing something?

It should work the way you set it up.
Very occasionally we get a report that a scheduler event is missed, but so far never found a cause.
Does it happen consistently?

I checked it yesterday morning, which is when I then posted above (that was in the first 24 hours of the schedule being in place). Didn't have time to check this morning, but will check to see if it's downloaded anything during the day today when I get home.

The schedule seems to be doing what it's supposed to do over the weekend so I guess was one of those occasional glitches.
