CP is sending movies to Sab to download.

I get yellow bars showing 100% completion, but errors that say "saving c:\blah blah movie.nzb.gz failed" In Sab's work directory, although it, say, downloaded 4GB worth of a movie, the only thing in the folder is the __ADMIN__ directory.

I am also getting a lot of "suspect error in downloader" messages.

TV shows are downloading just fine.

Operating system? SABnzbd version?

XP fully patched, 0.7.14

Have you tried adding an NZB file directly to SABnzbd's queue, so without using CP?

I have no idea how to do that.

Figured out how to do it, and that worked. SAB downloaded it but I had to manually unpack the RAR files.

So this is a CP problem?

The default is that SABnzbd unpacks too. The queue items should show "+Delete".
Check the settings of the "Default" category on Config->Categories.

Under Config -> Categories I have:

Default | Normal | +Delete
(blank) | Default | Default
movies | Default | Default | z:\ | movies
tv | Default | Default | y:\ | tv

OK, that's good.
What does the queue entry of a manually entered NZB say?

Default | Normal | +Delete on the SAB main status/download page. One movie finished last night and looks like it processed correctly.

But I'm still having to add the nzb's manually.

Disregard. Not working again. Showing three movies at 100% in Sab's download screen, all manually added. They've been at 100% for a day (no other activity). And the directories for said movies are empty except for the __ADMIN__ folder.

If you hover the mouse cursor over the job title in the queue,
it should sow the amount of missed articles.
What happens if you set the priority to "stop"?

Hover simply says "Status: Downloading, Age: 20d" 5183/5183 downlaoded, shows 100%. But the sab work dir with this title is empty (except __admin__) Setting it to "stop" had no effect (it flashed back to "normal")

Have you opened the log file and checked for error messages?

Yes.... I'm getting primarily "Suspect error in downloader" and "Saving ......(file)..... failed"
