Currently I have a rather large queue sitting on my macbookpro but would like to transfer the queue to my Mac Mini. Does anyone know how to do this?

My thoughts were to copy the ~/Downloads/Incomplete folder from my MacBookPro over to my MacMini.

Any thoughts?

Yes, that's the right way.
After that do a Queue Repair from the Status page to restore the queue.
