Sabnzbd doesn't work on Qnap ts-121

I have problems with sabnzbdplus on my Qnap TS-121. After installation, I go through the steps and set up my news server information then I test this and that goes well, the program says it;s working well. Then the program says that he will restart but gives both Internet Explorer and Chrome similar alert: Oops! Google Chrome can not connect to 192 * *** *:... 8800 ....
I already tried the version offered between programs on the Qnap itself and a version of the qnap forum manually installed and both same result ...
Is it to port 8800? if so where can I change that?
It was also stated by someone that it only works when I put behind a switch instead of directly on the UPC (profider) router. The QNAP NAS works Furthermore fine and I can approach him with various devices, so it seems to me a swich is unnecessary!
I also have python installed on my NAS and turned on and sabnzbdplus also.
where can I set port 8080 to Sabnzbd? The qnap is indeed standard on 8080 but because I also Sabnzbd not get started I do not know how I should set from 8800 to 8080 within Sabnzbd. I once again removed and reinstalled in the hope that I could also modify or enter a port, but you can not. Therefore
anyone have any ideas?
