I can download this post many times without it triggering the duplicates detection in SAB. After about 16 characters, it inserts a random 8 digit number in square braces (ie ShowName - S04E01 - Desperate Housewives vs. U[83781296].avi). This number is different everytime, so it can't be filtered. If I save the NZB to my watched folder, it works just fine and gets named correctly. But if I bookmark it in newzbin, or if I add it by postid, I get the above eroneous behaviour.

Yes, I get this too.
The method used to trim the size of the title leads to unpredictable titles.
This will be fixed in the next release (0.4.7).
