When rebuilding of the download fails, sometimes compatible pars can be found in reposts, it would be nice to be able to restart the PAR/UNRAR action on failed downloads e.g. after manually placing missing PARS in the download directory.

This interactivity is so far removed from the way SABnzbd is designed,
that it's very difficult to implement.
It is on our todo list, but not for the short term.
