sabnzbd: Start with system? and in background?

Hello,
sorry for my english. It is not very good. I installied sabnzbd 0.4.6 on a Suse 11.1 Computer. I run great. My Question is, can i start sabnzbd with my computer? In the Systemstart?

And what can i do to start sab in a console in the background. At the moment i log in with a ssh-program to my Suse PC and start sab. But, when i close the ssh-program, sab ends.
