File name, I don't use folders. So that only works for folders? I was expecting the file to include the episode title.

Does your indexer support meta-tags. Some do and SABnzbd uses them.
As an experiment, can you set Config->Special->enable_meta to 0 ?

I don't see a special tab under config. I use dognzb so maybe you might know if it supports it.

It's not under config - i.e. it's Config, Special not Config, Config, Special
