Only says 'List all unwanted extensions', but doesn't tell the user what delimiter (spaces, comma?) is expected when there's more than one unwanted extension. I'd suggest expanding the description a bit, similar to how it's done for the 'Cleanup List' options in config->general.

You can fill it in any way you want. With our without periods, comma-separated, space separated.
