I sometimes download severals episodes of tv-series in one nzb file.

It happens that one episode is corrupt and has too few repair blocks. sabnzbd then informs me that the download has failed and all others episodes in the nzb also don't get unpacked.

Is there a setting that instructs sabnzbd to unpack those files anyway?

Yes, in Config->switchen you can disable "post-process only verified jobs"
You may get mixed results.
