Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I'm using trunk revision 2217 and having issues with emails from SAB (also had problems with 2060). Running on Slackware 12.1.
I have SAB set to email me after all downloads, I get that email each time, but do not get any results of the job.

I had no problem with emails in 0.4.6 previously on this same machine, issue has existed since starting to use Trunk Versions.
