0.8.0 Beta 1 Pushbullet Device ID

Pushbullet works great, however I can't figure out what to put into the device field to limit my notifications to a specific device. No matter what I enter, it always sends notifications to all my devices.

The "device" part doesn't work.
It needs redesign due to the awkwardness of the Pushbullet API.
