Hi I've just installed the new beta as I would like to have sabnzbd send its notifications via pushover. Yet I'm not getting any sound (tone)
It works fine with Plexpy

Also is there an option to choose your tone (allowing me to set it apart from Plexpy)

We only have basic support: just the message.
Maybe more later.
