Approval Queue from RSS

I would like a feature that uses the current RSS implementation, but instead of automatically downloading the files, it adds them to a queue which will wait for approval.  This would boil down to adding a new 'Mode' on the RSS page, and a status indication in the queue letting you know its waiting for approval.

The reason I ask for this is sometimes when pulling from RSS feeds for terms like "The Simpsons", sometimes I will get the newest episodes (which I want), but I also get older episodes (which I only sometimes want). I would plan to use the feature filtering the feed to automatically download S20 episodes, while queuing anything else, thus not wasting bandwidth or holding up the regular queue.

A partial solution will be in the coming 0.5.0 release.
You can set priorities for classes of NZB files.
While it will not stop downloading, you can give RSS entries a low priority
so that they end up at the end of the queue.

Filed as ticket https://trac2.assembla.com/SABnzbd/ticket/264
It will probably not be implemented as suggested in the ticket.
The team members do no agree on what's the best way.

maybe it's a good feature to auto pause a job when it's added as a certain class?
then you can resume it if you approve it :)
