SABnzbd 1.0.0RC2 is not running scripts

SABnzbd 1.0.0RC2 is not running scripts

SABnzbd 1.0.0RC2 is not running my postprocessing scripts... I get this message...
Cannot run script D:\scripts\SABnzbd\series.ps1

it is a PowerShell script but it has worked fine on previous versions including 1.0.0RC1
going back to RC1 the script runs fine again so it seems it's something in RC2

Please check the environment variable PATHEXT.
It determines which extensions are considered executable.

.ps1 is in my pathext environment variable... has been for years...

On further inspection I see that the ps1 scripts were working fine for a couple of days on RC2 before I started getting the "cannot run script" errors so something else is going on... but the scripts work fine when I go back to RC1... weird...

Very weird, given the minimal amount of changes in RC2.
I'll check as soon as I have time (and have Powershell running...)

The scripts worked fine on RC2 last night so I'm suspecting my anti-malware program was/is causing the problem.
