Does anybody know why i get this message?

Re: Errormessage
Hey, I would double check your username and password are correct. If they are then contact the support at tweaknews.nl for help, telling them about this error.
Re: Errormessage
I did both, username and password are correct. Support at tweaknews can't help me because error 502 can only mean that username and/or password are incorrect. (i triplechecked the settings) Is there something else that can cause this, or is sabnzbd just not working on apple?
Re: Errormessage
I set the number of connections to 4, still the same error messages.
UPDATE:
Copying and pasting te password from an email solved the problem.
What I typed as a 1 was an l

Re: Errormessage
Set the number of connections to 1, and re-re-check your username and password: uppercase/lowercase, special characters, mixing of 0 and O and 0, and i en 1 en l en I, unwanted spaces at beginning or end, unwanted @blabla etc.azuza wrote: I set the number of connections to 4, still the same error messages.
And if that does not work, completely remove the server and it's settings, stop SABnzbd, start SABnzbd, and freshly fill out the server with your username/password.
