Pause Downloading During Post-Processing Feature

I think we can make this one better. Most SAB users need this option for two reasons:

1. They have such high download speeds that their system slows down if their hard drive has to download and post-process at the same time.

2. Their system slows down if they have multiple jobs post-processing at the same time.

I think that the majority of users do not suffer from issue 1. I only reach that problem on a 5400 rpm HD when downloading 15+ Mbps. What about implementing a feature to only post-process 1 job at a time, and keep the pause while post-processing feature intact?
