Free Space left in Temp Folder

I've noticed that the Free Space reported available in the Temp Folder is actually a lot less than what is actually available. As a result, SAB pauses downloads even though there is quite a bit of space left in the actual folder (when viewed via the OS).
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Does SAB reserve a certain amount of space and subtract that amount from the "Free Space" view at the top of the Queue?

Yes, probably.
Check question: do you have more than 1 drive and/or partition? I guess Yes

Yes, I definitely have more than one drive. But I'm positive that I'm looking at the correct locations, if that's what you mean.
In SABnzbd settings, I have the Temporary Download Folder set to a folder on an SSD I use exclusively for downloads. That location is /Volumes/NZB Downloads/SABnzbd Incoming.
At this moment, SAB is showing that location to have 26.3 GB free (and it is showing red in the interface). However when I look in the OS, it has 79.33GB free.
I'm not sure what else I could be doing wrong here, I know it is the correct location as set in the settings, because that is where the downloaded files are appearing when I start a download.

So that command says:
/Volumes/NZB Downloads:
Size 111Gi
Avail 18Gi
... but you said "it has 79.33GB free."
Can you explain why you say that?

Somehow the values are being shown differently in the terminal than are being shown in the UI.
When I look at the same folder from the macOS Finder UI, it is showing 71GB free (I'm currently downloading, so those numbers are changing slightly). However when I look at it over the network from another computer, the same folder is showing 19.8GB free.
Something odd is definitely going on ... I will have to do some more research, I can't understand why one computer would be showing much more free space than another one.

There is an OSX bug with big NAS drives. But that is not the case here, right?

No, this is a local drive in the computer.
I do have a big NAS drive which this computer is connected to, but that drive is not the drive in question.
Also, I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but the drive is formatted as APFS.
