All downloads of a specific tv show episode failing

Is it possible for all available downloads of a specific tv show episode to fail? I'm trying to dl an episode and everything available from NZBGeek and NZBPlanet fail. I don't quite understand blacklisting, or why nothing would dl.

It is possible, but make sure you have newsservers that are not just the same but under a different name (resellers).

Thanks for the reply. Should i be using more than one usenet? I just use Easynews. How does one differentiate between the usenets and resellers? Easynews, newshosting and gigantism all looks similar.
