Hello .. just looked to the new Version (SABnzbd-3.0.0Beta4).
I run SABnzbd 2,xx as a Windows Service like described in the WiKi .. it worked for years without any problem.
So i decrypded the .zip und there ist no
- SABnzbd-service.exe
- SABnzbd-helper.exe
anymore ...
So the service can't run .. are the way how the service is started different?

Did you check https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/advanced/sabnz ... ws-service ?
for SABnzbd 3 it says:
SABnzbd-console.exe -f "%localappdata%\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.ini" install
sc config SABnzbd start= auto
net start SABnzbd
for SABnzbd 3 it says:
SABnzbd-console.exe -f "%localappdata%\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.ini" install

net start SABnzbd
