Req: Password input box on "Add NZB" screen

Currently on the "Add NZB" screen you can optionally specify a name for the NZB, but you can't optionally supply a password. This means for password protected files you must wait until the NZB fully loads, then supply a password. It would be nice to be able to do this right from the get-go.

Will be part of the next release after 3.0.0, so probably 3.0.1!
