Incomplete downloads stuck in History as “Waiting”

I have a few downloads sitting in History, with the status “Waiting”, but in the info box under Downloads it states that the download is “ Aborted, cannot be completed - https://sabnzbd.org/not-complete”. Is this a bug? Version is 3.10.Beta2

If there's a job waiting, there's usually another job in front of it. Is that the case?
Could you restart SABnzbd?
Then also enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window, after it happens again send me the logs at [email protected]

Nope, there's no job running at the moment (in the History tab). After restarting they are still waiting forever. I enabled debug logging and will send you the logs when it occurs again

+1, noticed this behaviour in both Beta2 and RC1

I have the feeling it's might be caused by the "Check" that realises there aren't enough articles, and then sets it into a "Waiting" state, versus actually downloading, then realising there aren't enough articles and going into a Failed state, but that's just gut feel

Thanks for sharing, it took me some time to analyse but I can't seem to find the problem..
Could you maybe send me the specific NZB at [email protected]?

I don't think it's NZB specific as it does post process properly and the download will fail (instead of stuck at waiting) if I reupload the NZB and redownload it again.

Just to confirm, do these jobs actually stop other jobs from being post-processed?

Thanks! Can confirm that the nzb that was failing to fail (... was stuck in waiting) is now properly failing/Aborted. I'll keep an eye out for others.
