how to remotely access sabnzbd running in a VM

I have Ubuntu 18.04 running as a VMware VM on a Win10 computer. Sabnzbd & Sickbeard are running on this VM, and working perfectly. Is there a way I can remotely access sabnzbd from a different computer running on my local network? Any help gladly accepted.

For sab to allow external access, the host setting must e changed from its localhost default. Granting other systems access to a service running on a VM is completely dependent on the network settings for that VM, nothing specific to sab.

Thanks. I'll try changing the host setting. If I'm understanding this correctly, this will be changing the host to the ip address of the VM. Is this correct?
