this just started happening tonight. I added a bunch episodes from the same show/season to my queue. some of them are renamed properly some have their original name, they are all in the right folder but some of the names are the original reason name,

any ideas on what could cause this? could it be because those episodes are name in [###] instead of [S##E##] or [##x##]?
