Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Refusing connection all of a sudden?
My setup has been working without issue for years, but now the IP address I use for remote access to all of my services is being refused by SAB. I've whitelisted it in the Special section of settings, but that didn't work. So now I can't queue any downloads or access SAB from any outside devices. Help?

set SAB logging to +Debug
then try again
if no message / logging, it's not in SAB ... but your router port forwarding and/or firewall
