Sabnzbd 3.7.1RC1 slow download

With the new RC1 my download speed is significantly slower than with the final 3.7.

Maybe it needs more fixes, but need some feedback.

Ah ... yes: I think you need to have a github account to see the Windows and MacOS binary there.

Working, i test it now.

Edit: Download is normal, have full speed with this version.
