Slow downloads and some servers not downloading

Hi all and I wanted to say thank you in advance for any direction you can provide.
I have Sab installed on my Synology NAS in a container and it has been working beautifully for months. In the past week, something has changed and downloads are super slow and some servers are not connecting. I have 4 servers specified and all can connect when tested. When I download a 10G test file I get the normal speeds I would expect.
I have:
Paused and Unpaused
Restarted Sab
Restarted the container
I have adequate space (100TB)
I have more than adequate Memory allocated
CPU is not an issue
checked logs for timeouts and not getting any
The irony is I went to take a screencap for this post and now I am getting the expected speeds at the moment and all servers are downloading. No clue what caused it to suddenly download again. Anything I should check to prevent the issue?
