newbie problem with NZB Finder

I'm using Sabnzbd on a Mac, with NZB Finder, and it's not working for me. I find a file I want to download with NZB Finder, I get a ..nzb file. If I double-click on it, it creates a directory which contains an Admin file, but the file I want is nowhere to be seen. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks, David

To elaborate: when I double-click on the .nzb file, it creates subfolder of a folder "incomplete" with the name of the file I want, that folder contains another named _ADMIN_ which contains a long list of files SABnzbn_nzf_{some smaller case characters}

Is it just a matter of waitting for a process to complete? It's taking hours, and I'm running on an m3 MacBook Air, which is a pretty hot box!

Thanks, David

Have you opened the sabnzbd interface to see the progress?!

This may be because the download and decompression process is not complete. A directory containing an _ADMIN_ file and temporary files may indicate that Sabnzbd is processing file parts, so you need to be patient and wait for this process to complete. To resolve the issue, check the download and extraction progress in Sabnzbd ("Queue" or "History" tab), make sure to use the latest versions of Sabnzbd and NZB Finder, and check your mail settings. download folder to make sure the file is saved in the right place.
