using sabnzbd.ini from another installation

Post by jwhitt12 »

I blew up a system which had a functional sabnzbd running. I have the files from that machine but I cannot, for instance, either move or open the sabnzbd.ini file. I am currently installing sabnzbd and am wondering if it is possible to move, open, refer to the sabnzbd.ini file from a file from the wrecked machine (I have access to all the sabnzbd files I just can't do anything with them)

Thank you................

You can always use the sabnzbd.ini and try to get it to start.
If it fails, it will tell you.
Just put it in the directory where the new setup stores the sabnzbd.ini, and then start Sab.
