How to reset EVERYTHING?

I tried to change the host IP because I was having issues with an integration and... I don't know why I thought that would work.
But it broke SAB. So I tried to edit the ini to put it back to 127.0.0.1. Didn't work. Reinstalled. Didn't work. Uninstalled, wiped the appdata folder, reinstalled, and now SAB is on port 8085. Tried to switch it back to the default 8080. Broke. I get the message that something is already using that port, which is definitely not the case. Resolved with deleting the appdata folder again, but it's still on 8085.
Are there any other folders that are storing SAB data that I need to delete so I can get SAB back onto 8080? I know all of my connections are broken anyway because the API key has changed, but I kind of want to keep it on the default port to make things easier. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
