    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Not downloading?

Hello everyone.

I am not using a new group but usernets instead. I think I have everything setup the way it needs to yet download never actually do anything. I am using sonarr and radarr to add my nzbs to sab but no files actually download. I’m using this in unraid via a docker. I’m also running sab through a wireguard customer network bridge. I did do a ping test within the docker container to google and it’s pinging just fine. I checked the logs and there doesn’t seem to be any errors at all.

What else can cause this to happen?

Have you defined a newsserver in SABnzbd?

Since you're using SABnzbd in Docker with Sonarr/Radarr, first verify you have a valid Usenet server configured in SABnzbd's settings
