Just installed  SABnzbd-0.5.0 Alpha 9  and having little bit problem( or confused) with RSS feed .in version 0.4.12  everything downloaded automatically from RSS feed but now everything in Preview shows    Jobs marked with a '*' will not be automatically downloaded  and all entry in RSS page * marked .So how can i setup if i wants to download automatically from rss......

I was troubleshooting with someone last night regarding this behavior, and it looks like I can confirm that for some reason stuff isn't being automatically processed since 0.5a8. I didn't have any new items in my feed until a few moments ago, and as Joy mentioned, they're marked with the new "Won't be automatically downloaded" flag.

Edit: ok, I can't tell what's going on anymore. I forced download, that got one thing that was flagged with a *, then it ran for a bit and it automatically downloaded something else. So . . sometimes it works?

Okey........now few items  downloaded automatically .For example  i have two items matched in preview (with * marked) but one downloaded automatically and another not........

Well I got my queue corruption fixed and now I am experiencing this bug in .5beta1. Any luck on finding the root cause?

Can you give the specific settings for your RSS feed?
Precise URL, filters?

The idea behind the '*' is that the first time you setup a feed,
you won't download the whole backlog in the feed.
Only new (and matching) material in subsequent feed scans will be downloaded.

Since I just got the other issue sorted, I will wait to see if new items will be downloaded or not.

There is indeed a problem in the '*'" marking in RSS previews.
It looks like previews always get all jobs flagged with '*', while
only the first batch should.
Not sure if this affects automatic scans too, still testing.

Same problem here:
my feed get's filtered on the server side, so I want to download every item in it (search pattern "*"). The Items are recognized but not automatically downloaded (marked with an *).
Apart from that: amazing work...

For me it appears to only be a preview issue. The files are automatically downloading as they should.

Not here, I can see the shows appear in the preview, but I have to click "download" to add them to the queue, they don't get added automatically.

same here. i setup RSS last night using [mytvnzbrss] as my feed (just a few handpicked shows that are added to that feed.

well 3 shows right off the bat showed up in the preview, but all were marked not to download. two of the shows i already downloaded, but the third i did not have yet. i clicked download, and now only 1 show is left in the feed (which i still have, was in the original 3)... waiting for something else to show.
