SABnzbd through tunnel interface

OS: Ubuntu 8.01

Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? Yes
Is the issue reproducible? Yes
SABnzbd works fine through tspc, using freenet6 as the tunnel broker. Ideally I'd like to use the Teredo tunelling interface as I have achieved full line speed through it and has worked in the past. I can access ipv6.google.com when the Teredo tunnel is running but network is unreachable when trying to connect to newszilla6.xsnews.com in SABnzbd. The other two servers I have are news.ipv6.eweka.nl and reader.ipv6.xs4all.nl. These two work fine and newszilla6 also works ok through tspc so I know it isn't down. I also have the same problem with the Teredo tunelling service in Windows 7.
If it makes any difference, Teredo tunelling worked fine before I installed Hamachi. It hasn't worked since and I have uninstalled it from Windows 7 but I can't be certain that Hamachi has caused this especially as it affects two OSs.
