By default "downloads/complete" is in the home folder of the user account of the NAS.
For a NAS you should probably set absolute paths.

Well i got a Synology DS409

but still i cant find the files. I browsed to \\192.168.1.4\downloads\ but are not even folders in that map.
And with the DS409 i need to make shared folders before i can acces them.
i alreddy downloaded 9GB with SABnzb but the files are lost.

SABnzbd just writes the files and if it doesn't get an error report
from the OS, it assumes all is OK.
Does the NAS silently discard files that are written to non-existing locations?

How do you check the NAS?
From a mounted drive on a Windows system?
You should use a shell session to the NAS.
The location might not be part of the share.

i connect to my nas in windows itself.  My computer. and then i browse to the shared folders from the nas. i can not acces 192.168.1.4 itself. i can only acces the folders i shared on my nas.

and what do you mean with a shell session?

How did you ever get SABnzbd to run on the NAS?
The NAS runs an operating system.
The download path is something internal of the NAS.
You need to know how the internal NAS paths map to share paths.

i downloaded SABnzb+ on a plugin website for my nas.
Then i uploaded it on my NAS with a special plugin tool alreddy installed on my nas.
it does everything autommatecly.

my nas runs Linux. EXT3. See http://www.synology.com/nld/products/DS409/spec.php for specs.

i cant find the path :-(

mayby Synology itself can help me out to find the path?

Given that the package comes from Synology,
check their forum.

So what do i need to do?

1. go to my nas admin page and in "Privileges > Shared Folder" i add a shared folder called "volume 1/downloads/" ?
2. go to the SABnzb+ settings page and change Completed Download Folder to "/volume 1/downloads" ?
