Classic theme issue + favicon changes when shutdown (SABnzbd+ 5.0 Beta1)

First of all, great work in the new version, so far I found two issues, and I hope it gets fixed before the final version of course :).

1. Using the classic theme, under the "Queue" tab, the "Purge Queue" button is cut since it doesn't fit in the window. My screen resolution is 1280x1024, and my Firefox is not using zoom in or zoom out on any page.

2. After shutting down SABnzbd+, the favicon changes.

There will always be a point where the menu bar won't fit anymore.
Especially for the other languages (try German).
In your case the width is also determined by the longest name of the script you have.
I'll see what we can do.

The icon is the default one of the third-party web server we use.
Not sure if we can change this, but if we can it will be fixed.

1) Fixed
2) The shutdown page isn't actually a full html page, not sure how much html we can add since the output is given to the page in stages (Initiating shutdown, then the successful message). Will have to look into further.
