Status "completed" when download FAILED, also no _FAILED prefix (0.5.0 Beta 1)

Hi,

When only downloading par2 files from a certain download, the download gets the status "complete", which is in my opinion incorrect.
Repair fails (of course).
Also the directory in the completed download folder does not get prefixed with _FAILED.

I think this is a (minor) issue.

You should download par2 files without any post-processing at all.
Set it to "None".
