I think your sabnzbd.ini file is damaged.
For the location of that file, see: http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/configure-v2

Check if it makes sense.
Otherwise  delete it and SABnzbd will run the Wizard next time you start it.

That works...
To bad configuration was damaged

And again the config is damaged
(without doing anything, pc was off for 2 days)

(I can post my damaged config if you want

INI file corruption is quite rare.
It's written once at every start up and once for each
saved change in the Config pages.

How do you stop SABnzbd?

Most of the time by auto shutdown if finished.
Is running ok now
