It might've been me sleeping but i've noticed that my backup NZBs from newzbin don't carry "msgid_XXXXXXXXX Title.nzb" anymore.

Has this been changed in 0.5 or one of the betas?

Is it in someway possible to get this back like it used to?
Because sometimes cause of newsserver issues you notice a report can't be completed and find a different one under the same name.. but sab won't add it cause the filenames seem to be exactly the same.

The number has indeed gone.
It was never meant to be a part of the backup name, but happened
to be carried around for internal reasons.
So after an internal redesign, the number is no longer part of the name.

I understand your issue.
However, other people who are using the "No duplicates" option do
not want identical titles to be downloaded.
Your request would mean that duplicate detection would be less efficient.
We can tell, because in one release we shortened very long names
by trimming and adding a random number. That also defeated duplicate detection
and we received many complaints. We removed that feature.

Your only work-around is to temporarily switch off the "No Duplicate" option.

I just want to say I have mixed opinions on this, and I haven't figured out which is better yet.

Both functions are required by myself - often.

Perhaps a(n?) 'allow dupes on this one' option somewhere.
'allow dupes for 5 minutes'

This conundrum requires some thought =/
