Force issue when double clicking on nzb file...

Hi, first of all, here are the essentials:
Version: 0.5.0 Beta 5
OS: Windows XP SP3
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (not really pertinent): Classic-darkblue
Firewall Software: None
I'm not using IPV6.
The issue is completely reproducible.
Now, the description:
When I download an nzb and double click on it (I have the file association set for sabnzbd) while sabnzbd is running, the priority of all my currently downloading items as well as the one I just added are changed from "Normal" to "Force."
I'm not sure if this is a setting that can be changed or not, but I've already verified that my default post-processing action is "+Delete" and my default priority is "Normal." So that can't be the issue.
This happens every time I double-click on a new nzb. This is also the first beta that has affected me in this way. All the previous versions didn't have this problem.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue...
