RSS repeating downloads for nzbindex.nl

nzbindex.nl has a very nice RSS feed that allows full search terms in configuring the RSS feed. However, there seems to be a problem: whenever I set up a new nzbindex feed in sabnzbd, everything already in that feed starts downloading; if I delete all those downloading items, a few minutes later, they all start downloading again.
I'm a newbie with sabnzbd, but my guess is that what's happening is that nzbindex assigns a random string to the nzb urls attached to each RSS feed, so that sabnzbd thinks that every file is new each time it loads the RSS feed, even though the actual contents haven't changed. Can someone more knowledgeable in this tell me if this is indeed what is going on, and if so, is there a way to fix it? As I said, the RSS feed for nzbindex is very nice -- the best of the free ones that I've looked at -- and it would be a shame not to be able to use it for such a small (and easily rectified) reason. An option to check duplicates based on the nzb's name, rather than the full url, would do the trick. If that's not what's going on or I've made some dumb error or other, sorry about that -- as I said, I'm new to this.
(Incidentally, this is all using 0.5.0B5 on OSX 10.6. It's also without using any filters for the RSS on sabnzbd's end, but the same thing happens with a filter. An example rss feed from nzbindex.nl might be "www.nzbindex.nl/rss/?q=show+hdtv", where you can see that the urls for the nzbs seem to have a random set of digits that change when the RSS is reloaded.)
