Version: 0.5.0 beta 5
OS: Ubuntu Jaunty
Install-type: Linux repository
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? No
Is the issue reproducible? Yes

Have an occasional issue on my machine that par2 takes several hours to process a set of archives. Once it starts behaving this way I have to restart the box and par2 behaves itself. I understand that par2 isn't your software so not here to moan about that.

My issue is if par2 throws a wobbly it can result in a queue forming for processing. If I restart the machine whilst there is a processing queue the queue gets cleared, the downloads are not listed in history, leaving me with a pile of files that I need to manually par check, extract and move.

Should the processing queue survive a restart?

If you shut down SABnzbd nicely (through the shutdown button)
it should pick up where it left after the restart.
If you terminate it bluntly (maybe because par2 prevents SABnzbd from closing)
you're asking for trouble.
The safest way is to kill the par2 process.

Which par2 are you using?

Will try a shutdown of SAB before a restart in the future. Using par2cmdline version 0.4.
