Is the issue reproducible? yes

I haven't tried starting with a fresh config, but it worked fine in beta 5.

In beta 6, testing servers fails with error:

(10049, 'Address not available - Check for internet or DNS problems')

Confirmed.
Affects only the test itself (both on Config->Servers and the Wizard).
No other functionality is affected.
