Editing Queue fields during a page refresh locks the form

Windows XP Pro x64 Edition
Windows Installer

No firewall on XP
No IPv6
It is reproducible.
Editing the form fields on the Queue page during an Auto Refresh of that web page locks up the form by ignoring when the user presses their Return key until the user changes that form field to a different value than from the one on the page when the refresh occurred.
As an example, I could go to the Pause For: field and be typing 10 when an auto-refresh occurs. Clicking into the form field and/or pressing Return does nothing until I change the 10 to something like 11 or any other value. It's not a real deal breaker, but it can be frustrating considering how rapid the default auto refresh rate is set.
