MAC and hybernation

Hi,

I did a search and found nothing interesting on this subject:
I just woke up to find my mac completely silent in hybernation so I thought how would have SAB worked overnight if the machine is practically OFF. It seems that SAB still checks RSS feedsĀ  but I am not sure and quite impossibleĀ  as directly after waking the MAC up a NZB was found and download started. As it is right now SAB is only active when I am in front of the computer? Can I or we do something against that? There is no switch in the setting if I am right to prevent complete hybernation?

you can go to System preferences / energy savings and change the settings there.

While hibernating, I don't think SABnzbd can check RSS.
You could set your mac to wake up at given hours and put on queue finish action to sleep computer...
Never tried but it should work.
