push nzb files from a remote pc

Ladies and Gents,
I have a wireless network in my home. 1 pc i use for downloading using Newzbin and Sab 0.5RC6 windows 7 64bit without problem. I have a tablet pc running windows 7 which is wireless. I can navigate to the sab queue from the remote pc no problem.
My question is, how can i add nzb files to the main pc sab queue from the remote pc?
In Newzbin on main pc i have greasemonkey and nzbstatus so adding files to the queue is 1 mouse button click.
I figure my best option is to set up a watched folder on main pc, and download Nzb files on remote pc to the watched folder. I have searched this topic and all I found was
http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/howto-associate but i dont really understand it to be honest!
Is there any other way? Or can someone explain the watched folder in laymens terms?!
there used to be a blackhole - where did it go :-(
I dont want to auto download bookmarks.
Cheers for your help in advance

Just use the add file dialog on the main page (Classic)
or toggle the add-nzb thingy at the top (smpl and Plush).
The black hole (aka Watched Folder) is (and always has been) on the server side (i.e. where SABnzbd runs).
If you expose this folder as a Windows share, other PC's can dump their NZB files.

thanks for quick response shypike, but im still confused (I have been known to be a bit slow at times!)
I know i can add the file, but this results in more clicks:
1- save nzb file from newzbin
2- go to sab and then add the file
I think you are right, expose the watch folder as a share and dump the nzb file in there - but how do I setup a watched folder?
If you could explain that simply I would really appreciate it. I have also searched and found "dropbox" which looks like a really nifty bit of software, which I have now setup.
So, I now have a folder which i can access remotely located C:\dropbox\NZB. What do i have to do on server pc to set this up as a watched folder?

Or if you only use Newzbin, configure SABnzbd to fetch Newzbin Bookmarks.
From your remote pc just use the Newzbin 'add to bookmark' function and you're done.

Watched folder is setup inside the web interface, it is nothing to do with external software. Go to Config > Folders and you will see it listed. Either set that folder up as a share or change it to the folder you want to share.
Then if you're smart you'll associate NZBs on the tablet and indeed on the server to download to that folder. I always just use the default folder. But if you want different folders for different file types, grab a plugin like this:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/25?id=25
You could do some overkill and get/write some scripts but I'm sure the plugin will be easier for you.

As an alternative to setting up a shared dropbox, you can get either
nzbdStatus for Firefox or
SABConnect for Chrome. In either of these extensions, set up your remote SABnzbd installation as the destination, then you'll be able to send nzb's there with a single click.

Make the PC you have SAB installed on have a static IP.
Change SAB host IP to be that static IP.
Update NZBStatus to point at the IP.
On the wireless remote PC install SABTAB, set the sabtab preferences to point at the IP of other PC.
I have it setup like this (fileserver does downloading) and all my client PCs have one click report adds.

How about using the webinterface to access SAB on the remote PC. First, on the SAB machine, you have to allow remote access in SABnzbd. The point your browser at the IP address on port 8080.
