Still not sleeping after completion

Version: 0.5.0 Final and 4.x.x
OS: Win7 x64 and Vista x64
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable): Plush
Firewall Software: Built in FW.
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes
I've had the same problem across multiple OS's and versions so I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong but my pc is still not sleeping/hibernating after Sabz has finished with its queue. I've been told that it's a setting on my PC, but I've no idea what that setting is. The sleep button works fine on my keyboard etc.
Is there any way of diagnosing this? Maybe a log file? Alternatively can someone please point me to how I can run a script which will call sleep on queue end?
