TV Sorting episode name

Hi, i love the tv sorting feature in sabnzbd but there is one problem/annoyance:

There is the option to also detect the episode name but in the faq it says "Episode Names are special in that they only work when separated after the series/episode number with a -"

why can't it recognize it when it is seperated by a dot, most release names are divided by it like this:

"show.name.S01E10.episodename.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD"

What i want is that its renamed to "S01E10 - episodename" and put in the folder "Show Name"

can this be made possible? and if not, why?

It's done like that conform the way newzbin does it.
In the case of your example, what is the episode name?
Easy for people to see, but not for an algorithm.

The episode name is "Episode Name" could be done by an algorithm i think..

is doesn't work when its named: "Show.Name.S01E10.EpisodeName" this will result in /Show Name/S01E10.mkv

but is does work when its named "Show.Name.S01E10 - EpisodeName" this will result in /Show Name/S01E10 - EpisodeName.mkv

The episode name would be "episodename.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD" in your example.
And no, the "720p" term cannot be used as a separator, because there would be too many potential separators.
Maybe we can accomodate for interpreting episode names like this, if the newzbin way isn't found.
It would make more sense if NZB sites did some standardization effort.
Most have forums too :)
