Modify Speed Limits?

My max download speed is about 320 KB/s, so most of the speed limit options on sabnzbd (Mac) are useless. Is there a way to change these?
That most likely depends on the theme you are using, take Plush for example, you don't select a speed, you type it, 312, 123 etc.
This is the same for Plush, Classic, smpl and Mobile - what theme are you using or have I totally missed something?
(I realise now that you don't want anything above your max, but my points above still stand, what theme or have I missed something).
