Mac OS X Server - Impossible to open a port for listening

Hi,
I tried different port and every time it can't be run on this port. It looks like the system refuse to allow the server to listen on this port. No specific security tools installed or soft like this. Any ideas ?

Which port do you try?
Anything below 1024 is off-limits.
Do you have some software firewall running?

I have tried a great number of ports (80xx, 12345, 54321, etcetera_) but the error messages always remains.

do you have a firewall like little snitch or other running ?

The binay.
I do have Little snitch running but allowed all/always for SABnzb. Also, I did a test with LS not running but this gave the same result.
Also I have no Firewalls, no AV software.
SABnzb simply says that all ports are in use.
