Is the issue reproducible? Yes I think as it happens everytime

When I use the global pause button in the queue tab it pauses ok - when I click resume it resumes fine

If I use the pause button on an individual job it pauses ok - if I click the resume button on an individual job it does not resume

Trying to pause/resume again and trying to use the global pause/resume button does not work

When I restart sabnzbd only then do the individual jobs resume

edit: I tried to resume some individual jobs and left others paused - I had to restart to force the resume

However the other jobs which I had left paused - the resume button changed back to pause button but the jobs were still paused and not downloading - a restart started them downloading - but they should have been paused!

The job pause/resume and the global pause/resume are independent.
A job only downloads when it's not paused and the global pause is off.
I have not been able to reproduce your scenario, i.e. I cannot get it to fail like you describe.

1. I add jobs to the queue - I pause some of them - the first job downloads fine:

2. The first job finishes - I resume some of the others using the indiviidual resume button - they don't download, speed is 0 and crazy ETA time

would something from the logs be helpful?

Still cannot reproduce it.
Even if some internal event was missed, within 3 minutes the download should resume anyway.

nope - still stuck 30 minutes later 

had to restart sabnzbd

Bug confirmed.

OK - will it be fixed in next version and what causes it?

Still cannot reproduce it.

So: there will not be a fix.
That "bugmenot" confirms the problem doesn't help me to solve it.
